Over the past few months, we've been sharing updates about an exciting new transition; our club management and booking system is changing! As the launch date approaches, we'd like to give you a clearer idea of what to expect in the coming weeks...
Change can feel daunting, but we are confident that this modernisation will significantly enhance the way we work at The Parklangley Club. ManageOurClub, powered by ServeSport, is a comprehensive and user-friendly booking system designed for both members and non-members. It allows seamless access to our facilities, booking court, making payment and more!
WHAT CHANGES WILL AFFECT YOU?
Court fees and bookings
Going forward, court bookings will require an upfront payment at the time of your booking. You will be able to pay for this through the portal using your wallet or debit card.
Refunds
Any money will now be refunded back to your virtual wallet. This can be used against future fees or purchases.

Access the 'account' feature to edit personal details, preview past and upcoming bookings, and top up virtual wallet.
Booking courts based on membership type.
View and register for club social events
